Since July 2024 I've owned SEO, analytics and growth engineering for noon.com — a multi-region e-commerce storefront serving UAE, KSA and Egypt in English and Arabic. That spans everything from JSON-LD and hreflang to consent infrastructure, attribution, Core Web Vitals — and lately, Generative Engine Optimization: measuring and improving how AI answer engines see noon. When the tools I needed didn't exist, I built them.

- Built the OnClick deep-linking app — web-to-app redirection with UTM/deeplink handling & browser quirks
- Core Web Vitals tracking via custom events; PostHog segmentation; Sentry tuning

GEO / AI-visibility platform
Since June 2026 I've been building noon's Generative Engine Optimization stack — a TypeScript monorepo that tracks, scores and improves how AI assistants surface the brand, plus the GA4 → BigQuery pipeline that quantifies the traffic they send back.
Intent-based query generation, run-all orchestration, coverage scoring & gap-filling, retry/backoff plans, job scheduler, and a command-center dashboard with intent breakdowns.
Batch draft-findings endpoint with parallel GEO generation on Gemini models, plus a deterministic sentiment classifier hardened with negation handling and word boundaries.
User-agent analysis and AI-referral reporting, backed by a scheduled GA4 → BigQuery sync with a ledger table for sessions arriving from AI assistants.
